Possible reasons for modules not tracking progress include:
- Are you logged in? To track your progress and get a certificate, you need to be logged in with the email address you used to register for the course. If you are not logged in, or are logged in with a different email address, your progress will not be tracked.
- Missing some exercises. You must go through each page and all the exercises in a module for the system to acknowledge your completion. Flipping through pages does not count.
- Slow or poor Internet connection. If your connection is very poor, sometimes tracking may not work as it should. To check your connection speed, visit https://www.speedtest.net/. A good internet speed is at or above 25 Mbps.
