Provincial Peer Support Worker Training Curriculum (16 modules)
Many peer support relationships have a focus on goal creation and working together to meet those goals. In this module we will take a broad look at supporting someone to dream and create a vision that will be a guiding post for goal planning. Foundational to peer support is mutuality, connection and a strengths approach – all grounded in self-determination. In this module we will apply all of those principles in supporting someone with the process of goal planning.
