Provincial Peer Support Worker Training Curriculum (16 modules)

An important aspect of this work is our own self-nourishment. When supporting others, it can be easy to put one’s own wellness on the back burner. However, if we don’t give our own well-being the attention it deserves we can find ourselves slipping into burnout. In this module we will talk about building resiliency, creating wellness plans and practicing self-compassion.
